I stopped taking iodine for 4 days...and now I feel very sick!

4 large mosquito-like bites appeared on my rear end. They look spread out and hard to the touch.

I woke up with a monster sore throat.  I could barely speak. I resorted to buying Airborne to quell my raw throat.

I learned my lesson:  don't stop taking iodine, not even for one day.

That reminds me: I need to buy more Iodine within  the next two weeks....
