Hello Sheldon,

I have a question for you.

I prefer to take the enenema's just before I go to bed, I tried to do it right after
a bowelmovement but during the I have trouble and discomfort keeping it inside.
I dont have that problem at all when I do it right before going to bed.
Would the effectiveness be less before going to bed instead of after the last bowelmovement?

My stool keeps being jumpy (thick lose stool, without any blood) while being on a very strict diet.
