Hey Hazel K. I'm just starting out on The Master Cleanse program and curious if you stuck with it?? And if the positives outweighed the negatives?

It makes sense to give the body a rest periodically. I know I sure abuse her with overeating and eating all the wrong things for all the wrong reasons! I'm hoping to feel much better about myself and life in general in about two weeks!
