now that I actually look back at my records(and I DID keep records, for a while...) I increased VERY slowly:

~02-08-07~ 12.5 mg

~02-20-07~ 18.75 mg

~03-06-07~ 25 mg

~03-28-07~ 31.25 mg

~04-17-07~ 37.5 mg

~05-02-07~ 50 mg (I guess at this point I realized that it wasn't going to kill me, hence the brave & daring 2 drop increase)

so~ 3 mos to get to 50 mg...
