If you can sit in it and swing. Up and down pumps the lymphatic side to side doesn't do much. All Carter did the original research on the rebounder and punping the lymphatics. He worked for NASA and had to figure out a way for the astronauts to keep the lymphatic system going in weightlessness. I've owned one forever it seems. Doc Sutter
