Funneling with ozone will get rid of it. The process involves buying a ozone generator (between $200-2,000) and then getting a funnel and attaching it to the generator and putting the funnel over the area you want to treat. Lymph problems are pretty easy to get to with ozone and therefore pretty easy to fix.

) Rebounding like the other person said is good to get the fluids moving. Also Ionized Water is good to make the fluids less thick, and of course a good diet.

If you want to go the cheap route, just get a generator, exersise to get the fluids moving, and get on a good diet.
