Well, I've completed my flush; what a bizarre experience. I know everyone's is different. The taste of the Epsom Salts was extremely nasty, so my friend suggested chasing it w/shots of tomato juice. I did that; it helped a lot. Unfortunately, I did not begin eliminating until about 4 hours after I took my second Epsom Salts drink. I swelled up like a balloon and had lots of gurgling & slight gas pains. I guess because I had drunk a Bentonite & psyllium husk drink that morning...I was sort of "stopped up". Anyhow, when I did start eliminating, I had tiny bright green smaller than pea-sized stones. I felt very, very hungry when I got up in the morning, but I wasn't weak. However, after it was all over, the weakness set in. I took about 4 probiotic capsules to put the flora back into my intestines, and took some other supplements I have lying around the kitchen. I also have eaten some fresh eggs & some sausage, along w/tomato juice, and I just finished some flaxseed cereal. I think tomorrow I'll be pretty much back to normal. I feel pretty good, though, I have to admit! I was a little disappointed that I only had pea-sized stones, but maybe that's an indication that I'm healthier than I thought?? I had plenty of them, though, that's for sure! Any comments would definitely be welcomed.
