So not one bit of fruit or one taste of anything that has wheat as an ingredient in it, for 2 years? Never a bit of sauce or gravy at a friend's house that may have a little wheat in it? Groan, I just feel like I'll have to lock myself in a cabin in the woods to not taste just a bit of these two things for such a long time.

Thx; I'm planning a program but not on one right now - have two Rx's on hand but won't start them until I take care of something else. And until I'm mentally ready for the diet.
