well, I juice beets 2-3 times a week but I suppose as with any natural source, the mg amount cannot be relied upon.
personally, I seem to be in some sort of resting phase right now. The IP6 brought on heavy detox as you know, but the io-protocol, nada. I really can't believe that I am clean, just gearing up for another phase, I 'spect...brand name on the boron? :) I want that fluoride out of my bones!
