Dr. John R. Christopher had a cure for everything, it started with the LBB and mucusless diet. Book I author lived in a time when all of the therapies could be examined and he determined it was diet alone and put his drugs and knife down and cured the next 63,000 patients.

To me, the first goal for this problem is to remove EVERY EXTRA POUND OF WEIGHT, if you don't do this, your wasteing your time and will be into treatment ONLY.
