I like organic silver needle white tea and certain forms of red tea. Silver needle doesn't have much taste to it so I add a small amount of another flavored white tea to it. I am able to do this because I use loose leaf tea. Organic silver needle has less fluoride and less caffeine. I would think it has less aluminum in it also because silver needle is picked from the new growth of the tree.

I belive it was Finallyfaith who posted that the fluorine in tea is organic and not to worry about it. I still have a problem resolving that. No offense to finallyfaith.

I self muscle test a lot of teas. Some test toxic to my system and some of them do not. Some green tea tests toxic to me and other batches of green tea do not.
