So now when we are gathering knowledge and seeking the truth (like here at this amazing forum) we can now know better and act better. We learn that knowledge comes first, action comes second and healing can begin, slowly. I have a feeling that the body is very forgiving, people abuse it everyday with poor choices, but yet they wake up the other day like nothing have happened?

Too often, I think, many things are taken for granted. Perhaps the simplest most of all.
