No chocolate or Imodium.If you read the procedure,instructions were given to increase the vegetables and grains over a period of time which will then give the colon time to adjust to the new diet.Mix vegetables and grains with a larger proportion of soluble fiber for the first week.Your colon will give you the correct answers.An irritated colon (UC) will respond with irritation to wrong choices.Please keep us posted.
