Well said, Maya!
It may be difficult for people to see just where they fit in...negative, positive, or clear and calm thinkers...just as it is difficult to see oneself in a flat mirror, a frontal view with no one else in the picture for comparison.
I've usually only known for sure that I am 'right' about myself when I get a nice warm glow, inside, and then it usually comes from out of the blue, over something I did not suspect I needed to learn.
Because we don't have 'windows' to the 'inside', physically or mentally, we can never (or not always) be sure what is 'really' going on. We learn as we go.
The best I can think of is NOT to expect anything but that we will do our best, honorably; and that all people deserve to be well...all of them...no matter what.
Me, and you, and the next fellow.
I may not be able to DO anything for you and the next fellow...but I can surely wish you well. And I do.
Maybe that's enough.
F.
[That didn't come out well. I mean that, in thinking and re-thinking and figuring out who we, ourselves, are, and how far we have come, and what might be next...it might be good to congratulate ourselves for a while and not 'try' too hard...to relax and recoup and refresh ourselves. I feel pretty sure that our next inspiration, incentive, will appear...all in good time. Maybe our thoughts need to 'stew' for a bit, to rest, to enjoy the satisfactions we have achieved so far.]
