i posted a while back questioning why i was having hemoids at this point in my life, having been constipated most of my life (nothing serious but never realized it till a few months ago).

now i had been very regular for about 8 months and now i was getting the hemroids. i was very frustrated. mh mentioned that i was probably at the end of my healing process and they would go away soon. he recommended sitz bath to get rid of them quickly.

not having access to a bath, i decided to do a sitz shower. take a very hot shower for 20-25 minutes (that is the longest i could stay in there before getting dizzy) and then running the cold water down my belly button. i did it for 4 days in a row and then a few following that. after the first one i already felt releif and after another 2-3 days i felt very confortable. few days later they were gone. and i mean gone. i had felt tinny bumps for about a year but they never bothered me. and now its all gone.
