I also appreciate your writings. And it is very reassuring to me as one of those who has cut back the dose due to strong detox symptoms. I am feeling that I might be ready to increase the dose again, but I am happy that people like you think that it is OK for me to have cut back in the first place. Sometimes I feel like we are being pressured to keep upping the dose and that cutting back is for "wimps".

I appreciate your input and support as always.




P.S. As for EFT, I have never had any success with it. I don't know why. I was taught it face to face by a reputable teacher, on two separate occasions and it just doesn't seem to do it for me. But I am willing to try again. I might be expecting too much of it.
