If you have only mild symptoms, you're very lucky. Count your blessings. Others are less fortunate and have very severe symptoms. You wrote, "It's all in the way you want to look at things that determines how well you cope." You seem to be implying that some women don't cope well because they have bad attitudes. Not true, when hormones are fluctuating wildly, it can have extreme emotional and physical effects on some women. It's not their fault.
