I used to drink lots of raw Carrot Juice and had no problems with a 'sugar spike'. I'd say test it on your own body. My 'sugar barometer' is an abscessed tooth. Nope, I'm not going to get a root canal as recommended by my Dentist. When I take too much sugar, my abscess swells. I've never had it to swell on Carrot Juice. I ate a pound of Figs last night and had some slight swelling.....WY
