So do you feel I'm taking the wrong supplements? Is that what you mean?

And I'll go back and find the post on liver and read that thoroughly.

I don't think I read where you talked about a herb for memory. What "I" was
referring to, was your post that said if we have Sugar cravings and brain fog...
we could very possibly have candida...which I knew...but my brain fog was so heavy...I had forgotten. :-)

Gosh...after the 2 great posts I had read...I expected you to come back with an
answer that would solve all of my problems in a heartbeat. :-)

But tell me, do you feel I'm taking the wrong product for my situation? And if so...
what DO you recommend?

AND...is the Lower Bowel Formula what you recommend? And what do you recommend for
the liver? I take Milk Thistle...and juice beets, and carrots.
