no, his wife is totally mainstream and his kids are too young and don't know about health, and they are in college in different states.  his sisters and mother are all into mainstream.  i tried to talk to his mom about having him try the cancer centers of america and she interrupted me and said nooo, they would never do something like that.  like it was taboo.  she said they are only praying for a miracle because god heals.  in the meantime, my cousin just gets more sick.  i imagine his milkshakes are filled with milk and ice cream and sugar and drugs.  my cousin always got good exercise and was not overweight (maybe 10 or 20 lbs tops) and never drank or smoked or did any drugs.  i believe diet has everything to do with his illness, maybe some slight heredity, but i think diet could have staved off cancer for many more years if he had been doing it right.  he has had heartburn for 5 yrs and acid reflux and junk and he's been taking pills for it all along, probably tums, which is the worst thing you can take aside from prilosec/nexium.  he had an x-ray 5 yrs ago and they never called him with the results (i have heard of that two times and used to happen to me all the time), so he never checked.  i don't know if anything was showing wrong then, but he should have changed his diet 5 yrs ago when he had those symptoms.  the problem with heartburn is we are all brainwashed into thinking it is normal when you get to a certain age, so it is not taken seriously, not unless they can get you in there and tell you it is acid reflux and sell you drugs, that's the only time they are interested.  thanks for your post.  he is a really cool guy and it sucks that he has to die because of the pollution of our food by industry.
