Thanks Grassman.....I'll try some Sunflower Sprouts soon...gotta buy some seed first. I'll probably eat them just as they come out of the sprout jar.
Last year, when I was Carrot juicing everyday, I'd put the pulp around my Grapefruit tree, Fig tree, Tangerine tree, and even my Roses. They all loved it, so there must still be something left in the fiber.
