I have been drinking warm water with 2 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar and with placing Castor Oil packs over my spleen where the cysts were. I had multiple cysts with the largest being 2.5 cm. Now, there is only one cyst which has shrunk to 1.6cm. Yippey! Thanks everyone for your help & support. Now I have to work on shrinking that liver hemangioma!
