As long as he was not offending / molesting / hurting any person at 4.30 a.m. And calling him a sex offender is a bit much in my eyes.... but then you americans are soooo strange (prude?) with your "doppel moral". Women can walk about in broad daylight almost nude - well leaving LOTS to the imagination or are expected to behave like sex objects in ads, TV etc. - so why can´t a man run nude that early in the morn?
