Haven't swished with it yet, as I've been using olive oil but will try it once the week is up (i'm dreadful at routing things, so its a push for me to remember to gulp a mouthful of oil before jumping in the shower/getting ready in the morning). Its a delicious oil and is excellent in salad dressings or drizzled on top of a warm root vegetable salad. Mmmm, yum!
