i agree.  i had my chest lifted for medical reasons and the standard protocol is to get implants which would not have cost me much more.  no way was i putting all that plastic in there.  besides, they are heavy and stretch the skin.  all implants and foreign objects put in the body go through a process called encapsulation.  the body tries to protect itself from the foreign object and tries to isolate it from the circulatory system.  because of this, all breast implants are supposed to be replaced every 10 yrs.  i hear a lot of them leak because the plastic breaks down over time.  i think we are going to see an epidemic of problems with these things later.
