Not to quibble but this is essentially the same site-promoting post you made here a few days ago.

Quercitin and flavanoids are good cancer fighters and preventers, but hardly strong or effective enough to depend on by themselves.  If one had to choose only one or two itmes to beat cancer, there are much more potent ones.

However, one should not ever choose merely one or two items to be their magic cancer bullets.  It is best to have a number of bullets incorporated into a healthy overall anti-cancer protocol that includes diet, fresh air, clean water, sunshine, supplementation to fight tumors and supplementation to boost the immune system, pH balance, iodine, oxygen, lifestyle, removal of toxins and stress, and more.
