I would do colonix...actually scratch that..I would just make your own P&B shakes because its a lot cheaper. I have done the Oxypowder type cleanses and was miserable..all they do is liquify the food and make it come out diharrea..I didnt feel "cleansed" by them at all. Everyone is different but for me cleaning everything out with fiber is the way to go.
