Hello #68324
Both of the units you listed are very good ozonators. Obviously the Synergy has much higher output than the Beta 3 and is a lot less expensive. Since the Beta is a plasma unit, it will have purer ozone output. Your choice of medical ozonators depends totally on your intended use. It may help you to read Ozone Generator 101 at

.Plasmafire say they warrant their ozonators for life, but I have heard of several instances where people have been without their ozonators for several months at a time while being repaired. I cannot vouch for the after sale support from Synergy.
A serious contender in the medical home-use category of ozonators is one that does not appear on your list. It is the POG by Azco Industries. It's output is similar to the Beta 3, it produces very pure ozone because it is a dual-dielectric generator, and it is just over 1/4 of the cost of the Beta 3. It is the same unit that Longevity Resources calls the EXT 50. It can be seen under products at the same website you saw the synergy unit. The POG is practically bullet-proof. I highly recommend it and not just because I sell it. I have personally seen the precursor to the POG, the HTU 500 AC unit operate continuously 24/7/365 for over eight years on a hot tub with little loss in output and no maintenance.
i hope this helps
Cheers,
paul
