I think you just need to be patient. You maybe did go a little too quickly on breaking the fast - I did, too, and had similar reactions. I don't think you need to be too worried. Your body just needs to adjust again, which it will.

I personally try to use the laxitive tea a little as possible, but if you think it will make you feel better - physically or mentally - I don't see the harm in using it once or twice more. I wouldn't keep using it regularly, tho, because you DO want your body to start doing this again on its own.
