Hi m, Hang in there! I am not that hungry today... amazingly. The longest fast I ever did was 6 days back in February. I hope I can go the full 10 days. My motivation ... my clothes are too tight and I don't really have the money to buy more... lol! I lost 3 lbs first day. Today is day 2.
