As stated in the procedure instructions,you continue the procedure until you are CURED.Buy a fecal occult blood test at the drugstore for $10.00.When the test shows no blood in the stool,you are CURED.There will not be any future flares.Flares are caused by incomplete healing(small open colon sores).After you are CURED, you can try one new food at a time.
