And THANK YOU for being such an inspiration for all of us...including me. I really appreciate all the support you have given me. I was afraid to jump on board this ship, but even more afraid of some changes I was sensing in my body. With your generosity of information and encouragement, I'm now beginning to experience some of the same benefits. I have a l-o-n-g way to go...and you're right about the ride getting bUmPy at times, but you and the other trailblazers have provided a guiding light so that those of us that are new to this are not walking in the dark.
