The Master-Cleanse was a great experience for me. I went on it to regulate my intestines. I didn't quite succeed but feel that I am on the right track. My sinuses cleared. I stopped drinking coffee every day. I did lose weight even though I didn't need to but I lost the sense of bulk. I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment. I never thought that I could go without food for 10 days. I felt great that I disciplined myself to stick with it. It was actually a relief not to think about food for 10 days. I read so many success stories on Curezone. People do the Master-Cleanse for 40 days. I didn't want to go off after 10 days. Two months later, I am trying to figure out when I can do it again. Read the posts on Curezone. Go back in the posts. Think about why you decided to do it in the first place.
