My next study is going to be researching raw foodism.  I think cooking veggies is where so many vegans miss the boat.  It's dead, even if you went to the farmers market, bought local organic, if you cook it to over 118degrees, you've killed the enzymes and bacteria and changed the vitamins and minerals to unassimilatable mess.
