I'm confused by the "if you don't follow it" part ... and were you asking me why I don't want to get well?

Dennis Hardy, I've gone from being a gourmet and a gourmet cook to eating an almost totally raw diet over the last 20 months.

Why do I not take acv on a consistent basis ... want a glass of apple juice out of the gallon upstairs in my kitchen, or grab you want one of those granny smith apples out of the fruit bowl on the table ... and if body says have some acv, the Bragg's in the cabinet on the left over the stove.
