Hi Katie!
I am glad to have another buddy. I am also at my highest weight. I use to eat well, cook well, exercise often.... I have become really lazy with my health so i hope that this will kick things off and help me to return the a healthier diet and lifestlye.

Are you planning to just go the 10 days or longer?
