agree re: the worthlessness of low dosing for most. Low doses are not sufficient to displace heavier halogens. How can Iodine bind to receptors already bound up?
I look forward to the day when I can maintenance dose, though.
And yeah, the psychological component. I've been noticing a pattern re: lifting of the veil when folks begin supplementing, have you?
And my emotional turmoil came after physical detox & BTW, that physical detox included some disgusting dreams...
