i woulddo this first then follow Plz advice
i would go on a all raw juice and water diet for 30 days

this juice 3 times a day 0ne orange one cup of grapes and one cup of pineapple and one apple

and this juice 6 times a day one beet (with the greens) 4 carrots, 2 cups of swiss chard

and 1/2 gal of distilled water

and do a rectol injection of one pt of catnip tea (cold) each day.

walk 20 min a day

do this and get back to me
