My pms has worsened since Iodine intake. I have gotten symptoms that I thought would not return after not seeing them for over a year. I took about 3 mg, a quarter of an iodoral pill last month, but quit during the pms stage. Had increased symptoms of pms, but not that bad. This month I took 6 mg, since I got over the vivid dream thing I was having on 3 mg. I continued it during pms, and had to take a day off work to cope. The salt push didn't work.

I have decided to take it only the first couple of weeks after my period and abstain from it during the other two weeks. Only because I do see some benefits as increased alertness and no chapped lips. It is real disappointing to have old nasty symptoms return at such a low dose.

Adam should go through this @#&@. He's the one that ate the apple, didn't he?
