Me too! Ive only done 4 liver flushes but I feel like Im going through "layers" of old "stuff" which includes junk and bad things I did to my body but also bad emotions..Ive been going through a lot with my body and I really understand what they mean when they say "peeling layers of an onion". I noticed flush 4 was really difficult and I had a lot of depression and weird other stuff afterwards. Im really getting in there. Ive experianced some of the same with colon cleansing as well, but Ive never done a fast.
