OK OK.
4 oz of OIL is 1/2 CUP of Oil. And thats a LOT.

And yeah, lots of ppl drink a WHOLE CUP of oil, to produce more stones or do double flush....

If you are NOT feeling WEAK/TIRED after doing the flush, good for you. But its definatly taxing on the body espicially our poor Liver.
