There is a word for this, and I've forgotten what it is, argh!!!

Anyway, I think I had what you are describing, only on other parts of my body. When I have vomited violently, I have gotten those all around my eyes, and they disappear rapidly. I think that was just from the forces of vomiting. However, they are one of those none-too-specific signs of a number of potential causes.

I actually have some on my skin that seem to have been there forever & don't go away. They aren't raised.
