Time to start cleaning and feeding. I posted "The Basics" on this forum a few days ago so take a look at it and start applying it. Get back with me after you read it and we'll get you started.

I've also posted the first and second fundamental of Natural Healing on this form. Again take a look at it. Time to start learning how your body works and how to get it healthy again.

Fundamental three is Nutrition. Nutrition is divided into three segments, Terminal, Regular and Super. I'll be posting Regular tmorrow. The last Fundamental is exercise - don't worry about that right now. You've got some cleaning and feeding to do. Your grey hair is the least of your problems rught now. No drugs, Start reading.
