Make sure you take probiotics. I wouldn't do it until after you do the Liver Flush that is recommended after completing the MC. Until then, drink lots of water, eat greens & veggies, and get your good fats. I did a 14 day and didn't have any problems moving my bowels. After completing a 7-day gentle liver flush, I started taking probiotics (a week ago).
