I agree with Hopinso. It is very strong. One cup a day for seven days was enough for me and my kidneys (they pushed out grit that made urination painful). Make sure you drink enough water to push out what the kidneys flush out.

Listen to your body. Sometimes too much of a good thing isn't great for us.
