A great source of Iodine that is a natural compound based on research and development that the Russians did in the shadow of the Chernobyl disaster.
Brown Seaweed extract (Modifilan) is rich in Iodine and I'm currently using a formula that also has Chlorella. I've been using it for about 3 weeks. I feel terrific, sleeping well, good energy and dropped 7 pounds. No other changes expect I started coconut oil about two months ago.

The sex drive is back and kicking too.

I have hypothyroidism.
