Pattie,

Sometimes it feels like the bromide and other toxins are STUCK because there are so many of them trying to escape, they can't get out fast enough.

Taking Iodine every day may not be the most efficient way of detoxing bromide for some of us.

Glad you got your kidneys working after the Iodine break! :)
