I did, but i started before reading V's post. Stopped Iodine and supplements a few weeks ago. It just felt it was the right thing to do. I did take the odd suplement some days, but on the whole i took none. I also ate less for this last few weeks, i did some mini-fasts, eating but going without food for longer. I started back on the Lugols last night, and think i'll start up the Lugols again.
