Hello all, just wanted to check in. I'm on day 13 of 21 day Master-Cleanse and feeling good. It's weird but it seems like my body just cries out for the Master-Cleanse when I haven't done one for six months or more. The detox this time around were fairly mild - the usual caffeine withdrawal headache on day 1 & 2. Day 11 I also had a bad headache but I think it was partly because I was out in the sun too long.
