What could contribute to this? Can I reverse it?
I've noticed gray hair are getting progressively more widespread.
About me.
Slightly overweight, high estrogen (Take magnesium and cream for that), bad adrenals and high testesterone (according to saliva test 2 years ago), probably parasites, candida or fungal infection possibly, bad memory, hair getting thinner (easily pulled out), very moody and edgy, hypoglacymia, big toes are numb at the tips, very tired all the time, etc.
